FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We are proud of our storage facility and have taken necessary measures to provide for a clean and secure environment. Our entire storage facility is fenced, well lit, and secured with an electronic gate system. Each door is checked every business day to ensure the safety and security we know our customers expect.
We hope the following information will help answer some of the more common questions you may have when renting a storage unit from us. Feel free to call our office if you have further questions.
1. What size of storage units do you have?
We have numerous sizes available to fit just about any need you may have.
Sizes include: 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, 10x15, 10x20, 10x30. We also have
outdoor spaces to accomodate storage for automobiles, boats, campers,
RV's, trailers, etc. Please refer to the UNIT SIZE GUIDE for a detailed
description of each size's storage capacity.
2. Do I need to sign a long term lease?
No. We lease our storage units on a 30 day basis. Basically, your lease
automatically renews each month until you give us notice of your intent to
vacate the unit.
3. Is there a security deposit or administrative fee?
No. We do not charge a security deposit or any other administrative fees.
4. When do I have access to my storage unit?
Our storage facility is secured by an electronic gate operating system.
Each customer receives a personalized gate code that allows access to
their storage unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
5. Do you have any specials?
We have monthly specials regularly. We also have a discount if you pay
a year at a time. Please call for our current specials.
6. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, money order, personal check, visa and mastercard.
7. How do I make my payment?
You may make your payment in person during office hours, drop it in the
mail slot in the office door, mail it, or set up payments to be charged
automatically to your credit or debit card with our office manager.
8. Do you provide a lock for my storage unit?
We do not provide a lock. We do offer a variety of locks for sale or you may
bring your own padlock to secure your unit.
9. Are my items insured?
No. We do not insure your personal property. We suggest that you
contact your insurance agent to notify them of your property being stored.
Most insurance companies insure your property away from home.
10. Do you sell boxes or other packing materials?
No. We don't believe in selling overpriced merchandise. For boxes, we
recommend calling or visiting a nearby grocery or department store.
